In the event of receiving a damaged item, it's crucial to make a note on the receipt and promptly notify both the shipping company and O2 Supply Company within 24 hours for external damage and within 2 days for internal damage. Claims made after this timeframe will be refused.

Do you sell cylinders?
Yes, we offer 20, 40, 60, and 80 cubic feet cylinders in both new and used conditions. While gas distributors typically exchange cylinders of these sizes, we also provide acetylene in 10, 40, and 75 cubic feet sizes, which are new due to shipping restrictions on used acetylene cylinders. We can also supply larger cylinders and cylinders customized with your name on the neck ring upon request, eliminating the need to rent cylinders again. Please consult your local refiller regarding filling any cylinder size and the necessary proof of ownership.
Are there discounts for schools and colleges?
